I work with teens (13+) and adults. I welcome people from all walks of life, and I love helping people learn to love themselves.

Many of my clients are middle-aged women & moms, and often navigating a transition like perimenopause or becoming an empty-nester.

My services are available in-person in Santa Cruz County, and online across California. 

$200 per 50-minute individual session

$250 per 50-minute couples session

$300 per 90-minute intensive session

Sliding-scale spots are available on a limited basis.

Cash, check, and credit card are accepted payment methods.

Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have outpatient mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Sessions are attuned to your needs. I use a mix of therapy modalities: Brainspotting, motivational interviewing, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), psychodynamic, person-centered, and parts work.

Yes. I provide therapy intensives, which are a form of accelerated therapy via extended sessions (90 minutes). Therapy intensives are available upon request; please inquire if interested.
